1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Top Shot Golf's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Top Shot Golf provides golf simulator rental services for events, including but not limited to:

  • Full swing golf simulators
  • Putting greens
  • Mini golf setups
  • Professional setup and breakdown services

3. Booking and Payment

When you book our services:

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due before or on the day of the event
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event: No refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • Ensure the event location is accessible and suitable for our equipment
  • Supervise guests and ensure equipment is used responsibly
  • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Equipment and Liability

Equipment usage:

  • All equipment remains the property of Top Shot Golf
  • You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment
  • We carry liability insurance, but customers are encouraged to have their own event insurance

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Shot Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Shot Golf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are the property of Top Shot Golf or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Top Shot Golf operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
